From Seattle - Clipper Navigation has a passenger-only ferry. Check the Victoria Clipper website for sailing schedule. Passenger ferries travel time is approximately 2 to 3 hours.

From Port Angeles - Blackball Transport operates the MV Coho; this ferry takes cars as well as people. Peak summer season, crosses 4 times a day, 90-minute travel time. They do not take reservations and they do not accept credit cards. If you bring a car you will need to wait in line.

From Port Angeles - Victoria Express is a seasonal passenger ferry between Port Angeles and Victoria, a 55 minute crossing. Tour and overnight packages are available. Duty free on board. Online reservations available.

From Friday Harbor (San Juan Islands) - Victoria San Juan Cruises - is a seasonal passenger ferry between Victoria and Friday Harbor. From Anacortes Washington State Ferry - departs from Anacortes, Washington and travels to Sidney on Vancouver Island, a 40-minute car ride from downtown Victoria.

Kenmore Air - offers floatplane service harbour-to-harbour from Seattle to Victoria.

Harbour Air - offers floatplane service from Vancouver BC to Victoria, harbour to harbour.

Helijet Airways - helicopter service from downtown Vancouver, or the Vancouver airport to downtown Victoria.

West Coast Air - offers floatplane service from Vancouver to Victoria, harbour to harbour.
